August 8, 2022

You used to enjoy walks with your dog, but it has developed into just another to-do on your long daily list.

Let's turn this chore into your little relaxing time-out to recharge.

How? With a relaxing walk with your dog!

So many tasks and so little time - and then the dog has to go out too

This surely sounds familiar to you: your everyday life is packed with tasks that you try to complete as best you can.
You notice that you are rushing through the day and you feel tired and exhausted all the time.
Additionally, you have to walk your dog.
You are happy when that is done and you fall into bed in the evening, exhausted. The next day the same routine starts all over again.

During your dog walk, you have more and more unpleasant encounters, which makes you uncomfortable and stresses you out even more.
You long for a little time out, but don't have the time to fit it into your busy schedule.

And maybe you've already heard about it:

When we are stressed, this is also transmitted to our environment.

The good news are:

When we relax again, this effect is transferred to our environment in the same way.

With a relaxation walk, you'll find fun in dog walking again

I invite you and your dog on a mindful walk and show you how this walk can transform from a chore to your little time-out easily adaptable in your everyday life.

You will learn...

  • how to enjoy time with your dog (again) and how to turn a chore into a relaxing break from stressful everyday life
  • relaxation techniques that you can use at any time to enjoy and relax with your dog again
  • to strengthen your bond
  • to become more aware of your surroundings.
